Where can I buy original GlutaNex cream?

Buy from our own website, glutanex.co.in, or from the official GlutaNex links on Amazon and Flipkart listed on this page and in the site footer. You can also order on WhatsApp with us directly. These routes come from GlutaNex, so the pack is sealed and you can reach us if anything is wrong.

How do I know if my GlutaNex is genuine?

Check that the jar is sealed, the printing is sharp, and the pack shows a batch number, a use-before date, the full ingredient list and our company details. The price should be close to our listed price. If anything looks different, message us on WhatsApp with clear photos before you open it.

A price far below ₹2,499 for the Night Cream is a red flag. Old stock, expired stock or copies are the usual reasons something is sold very cheaply.

Before you order: quick checks

• Check the web address. Our site is glutanex.co.in. A lookalike address, or a page with no contact details, is not ours.
• Check the listing. On a marketplace, open our link above, and compare the product name, size (30 g jar or 100 ml pump) and photos.
• Be careful with social media sellers who ask for full payment by bank transfer or UPI to a personal account. On our site you can choose Cash on Delivery with nothing to pay in advance.
• Ask us. If you are unsure about a listing, send us the link or a screenshot on WhatsApp before you pay.

What to check when your parcel arrives

1. Seal intact. The jar or bottle should be sealed and unopened. Do not use a pack that looks opened, dented or resealed.
2. Sharp printing. The name, logo and text should be clear, evenly coloured and correctly spelt.
3. Batch number and use-before date printed on the pack. Check that the date has not passed.
4. Full ingredient list. The Night Cream lists glutathione, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, retinol, ceramides, salicylic acid, peptides, aloe vera, turmeric and neem extracts.
5. Night-use directions. The Night Cream is for night use only. A pack telling you to use it in the daytime, or promising instant results, is not ours.
6. Company details on the pack, matching those on our brand page.
7. The cream itself. A faint sulphur-like smell is normal for glutathione. A strong odd smell, separation or a gritty texture is not: see signs a cream has gone off.

Take a quick photo or video while you open the parcel. It makes any replacement simple.

Claims we never make

If a listing using the GlutaNex name promises "whitening", "fair in 7 days", "permanent results" or a cure for any condition, those are not our words. We say glutathione can help skin look brighter and more even over weeks, with sunscreen, and we explain our rules on our standards page. GlutaNex does not make or sell glutathione tablets or injections, so anything sold as "GlutaNex tablets" or "GlutaNex injection" is not ours.

If something looks wrong

• Do not open or use a pack that looks unsealed, damaged or different from the checklist above.
• Message us on WhatsApp through the contact page with photos of the pack, the batch number, the date and where you bought it. We will tell you honestly what we can see.
• Ordered from us? Sealed products can be returned within 7 days, and damaged items are replaced: see our returns policy. You can also track your order.
• Bought on a marketplace? Use that marketplace's own return and complaint process as well, and let us know.

We cannot comment on individual sellers we do not know, and we do not accuse anyone without facts. Checking the pack and buying through the routes above is the simplest way to be sure.
