• Kept up to date. Each guide shows when it was last updated. When new research changes the picture, we update the page.
• General information. Our guides are cosmetic skincare information, not medical advice. For skin conditions, pregnancy or reactions, we always point readers to a doctor or dermatologist.

What we will and will not claim

• We say glutathione can help skin look brighter and more even over weeks, with sunscreen.
• We do not claim it changes natural skin colour, works overnight, or treats any disease.
• We do not recommend glutathione injections for skin lightening, and we explain why.
• We do not publish fake reviews, ratings, before-and-after photos or customer numbers.
